Ian McCallum and Sherrey Quinn are experienced developers and presenters of training courses.
Many of our projects involve skills transfer, and
we have developed training programs and workshops to meet our customers' particular needs. Examples are using electronic information resources, and library performance measurement and evaluation workshops.
Readers Advisory
Our two-day Rewarding Reading course is a train-the-trainer course for readers' advisers in public libraries.

Reference Skills
Our half-day reference refresher training course, Rewarding Reference, focuses on the reference interview and customer service principles. This session is suitable for reference staff in any type of library.
